Mr. Sampsel, a life long resident of Bucks County, is a graduate of Gettysburg College (B.A., 1965) and the Duke University School of Law (J.D., 1968). He joined the firm as an Associate in 1968 and subsequently became a partner. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration including taxation involving estates and trusts. Mr. Sampsel also represents clients in the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate, as well as in the financing of such properties.

For more than thirty (30) years, Mr. Sampsel has represented First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Bucks County, one of the firm's oldest clients, in collection and mortgage foreclosure actions. He has also represented other institutional and individual clients in foreclosure and related proceedings. Additionally, he provides services for First Federal in large, complex secured lending transactions, and has represented other lenders, both institutional and individual, in such matters.
