Francis X. Dillon Langhorne, Pennsylvania
Francis X. Dillon was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 18, 1950. He is a graduate of LaSalle University, cum laude, BA 1972; and Temple University School of Law, JD 1975. Mr. Dillon has resided in Bucks County since 1976, and practiced law in the Newtown firm of Timby and Dillon, P.C. from 1975 to 1999. Mr. Dillon became a partner in the firm of Begley, Carlin and Mandio, LLP in the year 2000. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Bucks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Municipal Litigation, Domestic Litigation, and Personal Injury. He is currently the Solicitor for the Redevelopment Authority of Bucks County and Bucks County Office of Employment and Training. He has previously been the Solicitor for various municipal organizations, including Middletown Township 1998-2003; the Solicitor for Falls Township Zoning Hearing Board 1989-1999. He has also represented various labor unions and done a significant amount of Workers Compensation Litigation on behalf of the union membership.
