Mr. Garton concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal, school, corporate and real estate law. He has significant experience in municipal and school law, and has served as Solicitor to numerous municipal entities, authorities and public schools including, but not limited to, Central Bucks School District, Centennial School District, Bucks County Community College, Lower Makefield Township, Doylestown Township, and the Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority.

Mr. Garton has resided in Bucks County for most of his life. He graduated from Gettysburg College, located in Gettysburg, PA, in 1969. He received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1972. He was employed by the Bucks County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant and Deputy District Attorney and was hired as an Associate at Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP in 1978. He became a partner in 1981.

Mr. Garton serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Conservation District. He is a member of the Bucks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
