Ms. McGrath focuses her practice on civil litigation/appeals, real estate related transactions, landlord/tenant, business law, municipal/school and orphans' court litigation. She represents private individuals, businesses and municipal and school entities. She frequently represents both employers and employees at unemployment compensation hearings. She has represented such municipal entities as Middletown Township, Middletown Community Foundation and the Bucks County Redevelopment Authority.

Prior to her joining the firm, she was a federal law clerk to the Honorable E. Mac Troutman. Ms. McGrath is a graduate of Villanova Law School. During law school, she worked as a student law clerk in United States Bankruptcy Court for the Honorable Thomas Twardowski. Ms. McGrath received her undergraduate degree in Political Science with Honors from the University of Delaware, where she was named a Dolan Scholar in Political Science and was a member of the Honors Program.

Ms. McGrath currently serves as the Vice President of Community Impact Legal Service, a regional nonprofit corporation that is committed to serving the legal needs of the poor and indigent populations of the Delware Valley. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Langhorne Rotary Club and the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.
