Michael G. Fitzpatrick was awarded an Honors Degree (B.A. 1985) from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida and a Law Degree (Juris Doctor 1988) from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he served as a member of and Business Manager for the Dickinson Journal of International Law. Fitzpatrick is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Bucks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Fitzpatrick concentrates his diverse practice in the area of Trusts and Estate Administration, Commercial Litigation and residential and commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on environmental and historic preservation.

Mike Fitzpatrick is committed to service in his community and has been actively involved in many charitable and civic organizations. Most recently, Mike has served as a Member of the United States House of Representatives (2005-2007) and as a Member of the Bucks County Board of Commissioners (1995-2005). He served as Chairman of the Board in 1995, 1997, 1999, 2002 and 2003. He is past president of the Bucks County Council, Boy Scouts of America and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Lower Bucks Hospital and the Bucks County Bar Association Foundation.

Mike currently serves on the Board of The Lower Bucks Family YMCA, The Comprehensive Breast Cancer Institute and Evangelical Services for the Aging.
