Mr. Hecker concentrates in the areas of Zoning, Real Estate, Transactional and Business work.

Mr. Hecker's zoning work involves representation of applicants before municipal zoning hearing boards, planning commissions and governing bodies.

His transactional work consists of representing both borrowers and lenders in various financing transactions. Typically, his work will commence with negotiation of an agreement of sale, formation of a legal entity to conduct business, obtaining the necessary approvals for that entity, and various aspects of development, including representing parties in acquisition, construction and permanent financing.

Typical clients have included small and large local builders, more specifically McGrath Homes; national retailers such as CVS, McDonald's, Walgreens, Wendy's BP Amoco, Exxon-Mobil, Lowes and Nextel Communications; and regionally Wawa, Inc. and Bucks County Courier Times , as well as numerous small businesses throughout Bucks County.
