Thomas J. Profy, III, upon graduation Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1966, joined the firm of Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP as an Associate and has been a Partner of the firm since 1971. Mr. Profy has concentrated in commercial and real estate transactions and municipal and school law throughout his career. He currently serves as Solicitor to the Bucks County Housing Authority, Bensalem Township School District, and Neshaminy School District, as well as The Borough of Langhorne Manor and the Borough of Langhorne Manor Higher Education and Health Authority, which has issued multi-million dollar tax exempt obligations for Woods Services, Inc., Lower Bucks Hospital, WHYY, Inc., Brian's House, Philadelphia Zoo, Heritage Towers and Phoebe Richland Medical Center. Mr. Profy served as general counsel to Lower Bucks Hospital for ten years prior to the affiliation of the hospital with the Temple University Health System in 1997.

Mr. Profy represents business corporations, such as Amour and Sons Electric, Inc.; Charles Oldsmobile & Cadillac; Construction Building Materials of Delaware Valley, Inc.; Suburban Marble and Granite, Inc.; Feasterville Floor Covering, Inc.; NEMCO, Inc.; Menarde Investment Company; Penn Color, Inc.; M.P. Filtri, USA; Marrazzo Manor Lane and Florist Center, Inc.; Penn Valley Constructors, Inc.; Zelenkofske Axelrod LLC; their subsidiary related corporations, and non-profit corporations, such as Chandler Hall Health Systems; Northstar Youth Services; and Bucks County Affordable Housing Corporation, in major acquisitions and financing transactions.
