Leadership in Various Legal, Civic, and Charitable Organizations

Our dedication to our community is an integral part of our philosophy. It is our opportunity to give something back to our neighbors while we get a better understanding of the needs of those we serve.

Joseph S. Britton has coached baseball for Tri-Township Babe Ruth from 1990 to the present and has served on the Tri-Township Board of Directors since 1999. Joe has also coached basketball and travel soccer with Upper Makefield leagues; coached football with Council Rock teams in the Pennsbury Pop Warner League and is currently a member of the Council Rock North Football Boosters. He has also served on several local fund raising and golf committees and is a member of Lookaway Golf Club. He has been a member of the Wrightstown Township Zoning Hearing Board since 1989, serving in the capacity of President from 2001 to the present and is a former President of the Wrightstown Business Association. Mr. Britton is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, having served as a member of its Board of Directors for a period of two (2) years, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

James A. Downey served on the Newtown Township study commission for the YMCA. He is President of the Board of Directors of Newtown Crossing Community Association, and is a member of the Brehon Law Society, Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Marine Corps League.

Timothy J. Duffy is current Chairman of the Upper Makefield Township Environmental Advisory Council.  He has also served on the Board of Directors and is the current Treasurer of the Bucks County Bar Association. In addition, Tim is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Lower Bucks Chapter, a member of both the Bucks County American Inns of Court, and the Upper Makefield Business Association. Over the past five years, Tim has coached various teams in the Upper Makefield-Newtown Soccer Club and the Upper Makefield Girls Softball League.

Lynn S. Evans currently serves on the Saint Mary Medical Center Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council and the Saint Mary Medical Center Foundation Advisory Board.  Lynn also volunteers at the Newtown Library Company.

Jeffrey P. Garton is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Bucks County Conservation District.

Thomas R. Hecker is an active member of the American Red Cross Lower Bucks Chapter, having served on their Board of Directors from 1995-2000. Tom was named “Man of the Year” by the American Red Cross in 2002. He is currently on the St. Mary Medical Foundation Board and is the current President of the Middletown Township Community Foundation.

S. Richard Klinges III is the current President of the Washington Crossing Rotary Club, and a member of the Upper Makefield Business Association. He is also a sustaining member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and a member Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Douglas C. Maloney teaches Senior High Sunday School at the Doylestown Presbyterian Church. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Bar Association and former President and Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the Doylestown Jaycees. Doug was Assistant and Head Coach of Girls Softball with the Lenape Valley Athletic Association. He is currently a member of the Trevose Trotters Hunting Club and member of the Admiralty of the Nockamixon Sail Club. Doug also performs pro bono legal work on behalf of the Fairless Hills Athletic Association and the Bucks County Horse Park.

Jennifer L. McGrath is currently Vice President of Community Impact Legal Services, a nonprofit corporation dedicated to serving the legal needs of the poor and indigent in the Delaware Valley.  She is active in the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Thomas J. Profy III is a past Board Member and President of the Levittown Public Recreation Association. He is a member of the Bristol Rotary Club and has served on its Board of Directors and as its President in the past.

Thomas J. Profy IV is a member of the Bristol Rotary Club and the Newtown Business and Professional Association. He is also a member of the Newtown Area Republican Committee. For the past several years, Tom has coached basketball in the Upper Makefield Basketball League. He also performs pro bono legal work for the Ancient Order of Hibernians and is active in the Hibernian Hunger Project.

Todd Mr. Sailer is the current Secretary of the Washington Crossing Rotary Club

Our Legal Administrator, Mary E. McDermott is past President and current Treasurer of the Levittown-Fairless Hills Rotary Club. She is a current member and past Treasurer of the Fallsington American Legion Auxiliary, and is active in the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. 

Our Title Department Manager, Mary A. Culp is past President and member of the Bristol Lioness Club. She is also a representative for NACEL Open Door, a foreign exchange student program, and has hosted more than 15 students from various European countries.
