Mr. Maloney concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal litigation, zoning and real estate development and administrative law. Mr. Maloney has significant experience in civil and criminal litigation, administrative litigation, and in the representation of private and municipal clients in connection with zoning and land development issues.

Mr. Maloney has resided in Bucks County his entire life. He graduated from George School, located in Newtown, PA, in 1973. In 1977 he received a Bachelor's Degree in Latin from Dickinson College with honors. He received his J.D. from Temple University in 1981. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Edward G. Biester, Jr. of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas from 1981 to 1982; as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bucks County District Attorney's Office from 1982 to 1985; and was hired as an Associate at Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP in 1985. He became a partner in 1992.

Mr. Maloney is active in a variety of professional and private organizations. He is a past President and Chairman of the Doylestown Area Jaycee's and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Bar Association. Mr. Maloney is a member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County. He has served as both Assistant Coach and Head Coach for youth athletic teams for the Lenape Valley Athletic Association. He is an active member of the Nockamixon Sail Club, the Trevose Trotters Hunting Club, Doylestown Presbyterian Church where, among other service, he has taught Church School for the Senior High School class for several years.

Mr. Maloney is a member of the Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He has extensive litigation experience at the Trial and Appellate Court levels and represents clients in a wide variety of municipal, zoning and administrative hearings.
