Brendan M. Callahan focuses his practice on civil litigation and family law matters. He has extensive experience in all types of domestic relations matters including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, prenuptial agreements and equitable distribution.
Mr. Callahan is a Bucks County native and a graduate of Central Bucks High School West. He received his Bachelors of Science from Virginia Tech in 2007 and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2011. Mr. Callahan was an active member of the Widener Law Rugby Club and served as the club’s president. He also received the Pro Bono Distinction from Widener University School of Law for providing legal services to needy clients throughout Pennsylvania.
Mr. Callahan is admitted to the state bars in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Callahan is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Family Law Section. Mr. Callahan has received recognition from the Bucks County Bar Association for his commitment to the pro bono litigation of Protection from Abuse Matters for Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
