Mr. Meginniss handles a wide range of civil, municipal, and estate matters, ranging from contract disputes to contested proceedings in Orphans’ Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Meginniss served as a law clerk for the Honorable C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr., in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Meginniss is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association. Mr. Meginniss serves on the Advisory Committee of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Bucks County Bar Association and is the Secretary of the Orphans’ Court Section of the Association.

A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Meginniss was a recipient of the Order of Samaritan Award, Dean’s Public Service Award, and the University of Alabama School of Law’s Public Interest Certificate. He also received the Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Award for his performance as a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. While in law school, Mr. Meginniss worked for the Office of the Governor in Alabama, for Federal Judge L. Scott Coogler, and for Legal Services Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.

Personal Interests

Born and raised in Bucks County, Mr. Meginniss is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys golf and basketball in his spare time.
