Ms. Cassel-Brophy's practice concentrates on estate administration, estate planning, guardianships and all areas of family law, including: divorce, equitable distribution, child support, custody, alimony, property settlement agreements and prenuptial agreements. In addition, she represents individuals in residential real estate transactions and in the formation of business entities, such as: limited liability companies, limited partnerships and corporations.

Ms. Cassel-Brophy has practiced law in Bucks County for more than 25 years. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Marte & Toadvine, a general law practice also located in Langhorne, where, in addition to her primary areas of practice, she assisted with the development and administration of the blighted property program of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Bucks, which has successfully eliminated blighted conditions in neighborhoods throughout the county and returned properties to effective residential and commercial uses. She continues to assist the RDA with its blighted property program and also represents the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission in condemnation actions in Bucks County.

A graduate of Haverford College (B.A.), Ms. Cassel-Brophy earned her J.D. from Villanova University in 1992. She is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association.

Ms. Cassel-Brophy resides with her husband and two children in Mercer County, New Jersey. In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time at the Jersey shore.
