Bryce H. McGuigan is a Partner with Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP, where he represents public and private clients in a broad range of matters involving real estate, land use and zoning, municipal law, business transactions, and civil litigation.

Bryce regularly represents developers, property owners, and businesses before municipalities and zoning hearing boards throughout the greater Philadelphia area. His work includes securing variances, special exceptions, and conditional use approvals, as well as guiding clients through all stages of the land development process. He also handles litigation involving contract disputes, code enforcement issues, and easement and boundary dispute matters.

In addition to his land use and litigation practice, Bryce advises businesses on a wide range of transactional matters, including entity formation, acquisitions and sales, commercial real estate transactions, SBA financing, and contract drafting and negotiation. His clients span a variety of industries, including construction, development, manufacturing, hospitality, supply, and retail.

Bryce also maintains an active municipal law practice. He currently serves as Solicitor to several municipal authorities, zoning hearing boards, and civil service commissions, including the Upper Darby Township Zoning Hearing Board, Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority, and Upper Southampton Municipal Authority, among others. In these roles, he advises public bodies on zoning, land use, municipal governance, and general regulatory matters.

Before joining the firm in 2019, Bryce practiced insurance defense litigation and previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Wallace H. Bateman, Jr. of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Bryce earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Joseph’s University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Born and raised in Bucks County, Bryce is a proud graduate from Holy Ghost Preparatory School. When not in the office, Bryce is active in the local community, serving on the board of the Raintree Community Association and the Middletown Community Foundation and otherwise spending his little remaining free time with his wife and young daughter.
