Chelsey Crocker Jackman is a lifelong resident of Bucks County and a graduate of Council Rock High School and Penn State University, where she was a member of the Dean’s List, an All-American athlete, and the captain of the Cheerleading Team. After starting her professional career as a sales representative for a major pharmaceutical company, Ms. Jackman decided to pursue her dream of following her mother, Colleen Crocker, into the field of law. Chelsey attended the Widener University School of Law, where she received the Outstanding Service Award for forming the school’s first Sign Language Society.

After graduating Widener, Ms. Jackman joined the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. Over the course of her decade of service there, Chelsey prosecuted many of the most difficult cases that a prosecutor can be faced with and was promoted to the level of Deputy District Attorney and Chief of Human Trafficking. Ms. Jackman has handled thousands of cases and litigated multiple jury and non-jury trials before the Court of Bucks County.  During her time in the District Attorney’s office, colleagues and opponents alike came to respect Ms. Jackman as a skilled trial attorney who zealously advocates for her position with skill and aplomb.  Ms. Jackman has forged strong relationships with members of law enforcement, local governments, organizations, agencies, and citizens of every municipality within Bucks County.

Ms. Jackman next joined the Bucks County Law Department, which serves as general counsel to the Board of Commissioners and all divisions and departments under their direction. As a Deputy County Solicitor, Ms. Jackman participated in various public meetings, including Board of Commissioner meetings, where she has presented and provided counsel. Ms. Jackman was instrumental in drafting and implementing Pennsylvania’s first county-wide ordinance regulating massage parlors to combat Human Trafficking. Chelsey served as the primary litigator and advisor to the Bucks County Children and Youth Social Services Agency, where she helped ensure the safety of children in the community by representing the Agency in Dependency Court, Orphans Court, and in Administrative Proceedings.

After more than a decade in public service, Ms. Jackman joined the team at Begley, Carlin, and Mandio, bringing her considerable experience, skills, and talents in forging and maintaining relationships to the firm’s clients. She concentrates her practice in the areas of zoning, land development, school law and municipal law.
