Chris Little Simcox, Esquire has practiced in all areas of family law, wills, trusts, guardianships, estate administration and bankruptcy for the past 25 years. She is licensed to practice both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She was employed for several years at the Bucks County Domestic Relations Section as a hearing officer and then as an establishment supervisor. She has an expertise in handling the complex child/spousal support cases. She is also a tenured professor teaching law in the Paralegal Studies program at Bucks County Community College and teaches for the University of Cincinnati. She also taught for Penn State University's Justice and Safety Institute for several years which was the main training program for the court employees for the 67 counties in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Little Simcox has been trained in Collaborative Divorce which offers clients a new avenue for keeping your divorce case out of litigation and is a member of the Bucks County Collaborative Law Group. Ms. Little Simcox previously served as the Bucks County Bar Association Family Law chair for five years and is very active in the Association. She is also the president for the American Association for Paralegal and Legal Education(Aafpe). She has lectured locally at the Bucks County Bar Association Family Law conferences on issues of child support and spousal support, divorce, custody and animal law, in Philadelphia for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on issues of child support given CLE's for TRTCLE, and in Harrisburg for the Domestic Relations Association of Pennsylvania (DRAP) on issues of bankruptcy and child support.
When not working or teaching, Ms. Simcox enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys as well as being involved in many community events and volunteering through her church.
