Christopher Rees brings a strong background in litigation and problem solving to Begley, Carlin & Mandio after serving the community as a member of the Bucks County District Attorney's Office for more than sixteen years. Chris earned valuable courtroom experience in complex litigation while earning jury convictions as first chair in First Degree Murder cases and prosecuting all manner of crimes, including Corrupt Organizations, Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, Robbery, Burglary, Aggravated Assault, and numerous others.

Chris served as Chief of Prosecution under two District Attorneys, previously serving as the chief of the violent crimes and dangerous drugs unit, polishing his skills in case strategy, motion practice, and trial advocacy while handling a high volume of cases.  Chris brings this background to Begley, Carlin & Mandio's litigation group, where he guides clients in a range of matters with results-driven, practical advocacy.

While at the DA's Office, Chris won multiple awards, including the Pennsylvania Narcotics Officers' Association Outstanding Prosecutor Award and the District Attorney's Office's Robert Rosner Memorial Award for Exceptional Public Service. He also assisted in training attorneys and law enforcement officers.

In law school, Chris was an associate articles editor for and staff member of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal, a member of the Temple Public Interest Law Society, and a tournament-winning member of the Temple Trial Team. He was also recognized with awards in Trial Advocacy and Extracurricular Contributions. Chris was a certified legal intern for the Bucks County and Philadelphia District Attorney's Offices and for Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Rayford A. Means.

Chris is a member of the Bucks County Inns of Court and Bucks County Bar Association.

Personal Interests: Spending time with his wife and their two daughters, watching his daughters cheer and play soccer.
