Mr. Petri is one of the most respected lawyers and leaders in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Admitted to the Supreme Court in 1985, Scott Petri has developed a reputation as a tireless servant to his clients. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, the Third Circuit and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. His areas of practice include Wills and trusts, estate administration, business law, commercial transactions, family law, real estate and litigation. He obtained a large verdict in fraud and deceit on behalf of an investor group. He successfully liquidated a large portfolio of real estate and has successfully litigated commercial and construction cases to trial.

Scott also served 15 years in the legislature as a state representative and 4 years heading a complex organization with gross revenue of $265 million per annum and 1000 employees that was highly accredited twice, named professional organization of the year in 2020 and had three facilities named as premiere.

In the legislature, Scott was honored with 8 awards in advocacy including Guardian of Small Business by NFIB, Legislator of the Year by Bio and PA Bio, Public Official of the Year by the PA Community Association, and The William Van Essen Award for distinguished service from the Bucks-Montgomery Optometric Society. For his work in changing the definition of child abuse and protecting children in Pennsylvania, Scott Petri was named Champion For Children.
