Sean M. Gresh has been a fixture in Bucks County courtrooms for almost 20 years.  He effectively represents the firm’s clients in various types of complex civil and Orphan’s Court litigation.  Having tried many jury and non-jury cases before the courts of Pennsylvania as well as in Federal court, Sean is able to simplify complex problems in order assist his clients in understanding the unique legal and factual landscape of their case, and zealously and effectively present their case to the court.

Before joining Begley, Carlin, and Mandio, Sean was a partner in the litigation department of another highly-respected Bucks County law firm.  He was also a member of the Bucks County District Attorney’s office, rising to the level of Senior Deputy.  During his service to the District Attorney’s office Sean served as chief of drug prosecutions and chief of computer crimes.  Sean started his career as law clerk to the Honorable Linda K.M. Ludgate of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County.

In addition to his thriving law practice, Sean currently serves as the President of the Bucks County Bar Association.  Elected by the membership for a one year term, Sean leads an association of approximately 800 members which is one of the oldest of its kind in the country.

The significant experience that Sean has earned in various other civic and legal positions allows him to view legal problems from several perspectives in order to help his clients achieve excellent results.  Sean has served as a member of the Bucks County Board of Assessment, a member of the Bucks County Prison Oversight Board, and Solicitor to the Sheriff of Bucks County.  Sean also serves the court as Bucks County’s Mental Health Review Officer.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife and two children.  He also volunteers his time with several charitable and other non-profit organizations.
