Mr. Torrente concentrates his practice in the areas of school and municipal law, which includes the representation of Neshaminy School District and Upper Southampton Township. In addition, Mr. Torrente represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of business transactions ranging from start-up and acquisition to disposition, commercial and residential real estate purchases, financing, leases, and liquor license transfers. His clients include developers, family owned businesses, as well as organizations in the automobile industry, construction, and related trades. He also represents developers and homeowners in land use proceedings before various boards and commissions in Bucks County.
Mr. Torrente is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a past member of the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board and is involved in a number of community and professional organizations.
A graduate of The New England Law | Boston, Mr. Torrente earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from LaSalle University and graduated from Archbishop Wood Catholic High School in Warminster, PA.
Mr. Torrente was raised and currently resides in Bucks County with his wife and two children.
John enjoys golfing and traveling, especially to his wife's homeland Germany.
